boyce, don't know if you care, but I took my X5 back and they re-aligned it. The numbers were virtually the same. For whatever reason I couldn't follow (it was late and I was more interested in how it drove), it was on a different style of printout, which doesn't show the ride height.

The shop foreman rode with me and when I pointed out to him that the steering was still canted, he took it back in and adjusted the tie rods until it was more or less straight. At times I think there is still a bit of an angle but haven't had a chance to drive it on a long straight road yet.
