mind if I ask why you got rid of the X6 50i?

Long Story; Part financial, part not happy with some elements of the 6'er etc..

But I'm happier now and the X5 is "just right" at least for me :D

What elements didn't you like about the X6 besides slightly less cargo, the feeling of a smaller back row (without full bench for 2011 and prior)? I've been trying to convince everyone buying a car in my family to get a X6 instead of another X5. Wish I had an X6 myself.

Congrats on the wheels. Can't wait to see photos!!

I felt that going from 20's to 21's, that the ride was slighly harsher. Mainly that I felt more bumps in the road. For instance, going into a shopping center is much more noticeable in the 21's.

This is pre extended wheel flares, darker all around tints, black window trim, aero kit and black grills...

The ride is great...better handling and just as rough as the stock 19" RFT's that came with the X5.

Listen here...I don't want to hear any freakin complaints out of you! While you were gone in "it's hot Tampa" we got SNOW! :yikes:

It's just not fair, not even close to fair. My parents told me that life wasn't fair growing up. But right now people in MN are getting screwed. Global warming my ass...

Here's a couple quick pix...

Snapped a couple of these this morning while washing the beastie-up a bit..

I'm so glad I applied the extended wheel arches...These are just massive tires (especially in the back) and they really help the aesthetics.

I also spent a good 40 minutes applying a product called Rejex to the wheels...After application, I let it cure overnight. The compound forms a protective seal that makes getting brake dust, water stains etc. off much easier. I've tried a lot of these products over the years and this one is one of the best.

Sorry about the picture quality, these are off my phone..

I'll post some proper photos once my tint and black grills are completed....
