Weasel says there is an SIB..and he gave you the number. You got the dealers report that said "No Service Bulletins applicable"... did you bother to look up what a SIB is? You have everything you need to take this to the dealer and press your case.

Or you can just whine and post every 4 days about how BMW isn't helping... then publicly say "weasel never sent it"... ASK HIM!

(You actually didn't need it... just tell the dealer "why didnt you evaluate for SIB xxxxxx?")

Look, you've got a great community here that can help- but if you have so little interest in helping yourself, why should they?

so after ready the post's again, i'm assuming that the SIB 11 04 10 is for the N54 Engines, correct. Now my x5 is a N55. I wonder if that will present an issue?

Just checked my email account, sent it on May 6th at 9:51pm. Did you check your spam folder in case it didn't make it through?
