Decided not to lemon my xdrive35i

Thanks to everyone who has encouraged me on not lemoning my car. The squeaking was a lumbar support that was too soft. I recently drove the Audi Q7 v12 deisel in Germany… the handling isn't as good as the x5 sport pack (any engine size). It has alot of power and not enough revs. And I've also noticed that there are more X5s with adaptive drive in Germany.

Xdrive35i sport pack.

What a joke....it didn't appear that you ever had complied with BMWs requirements to actually "lemon" your car... based on your posts here:

But I guess it makes one feel more 'in control' to be able to declare that "I've decide not to lemon the car."

Congrats though...

I think BMW should start "lemoning" some of its "customers".

Really, you think your car is a lemon because the seat creaks? Do people honestly think that if a car has even one minor problem they should throw away the whole car, things break, things have issues and get fixed, that is normal.

Heck, I had a customer with a 3 day old vehicle come in with two complaints....... Hesitation from a stop, and that the gas mileage is lower that expected. This was a case of "fix the customer". We actually had to explain that the gas mileage is going to be lower if you are flooring the gas pedal from every red light and stop sign!
