Where is the vehicle, England or Canada?

I would check your warranty booklet, it is more specific than the owner's manual. Good luck.

Confusion may be around the fact that in Canada Roadside Assistance is four years, but Assist is three years (well, it was in 2007, 2008, 2009, and is that way today, but I am not sure what was in place when you purchased).

Vehicle is in Canada. I took delivery mid-February 2010. Was expecting a call from BMW Assist today and although phone rang I didn't get to it before called hung up so I don't know if it was them or not. Tried calling back but always engaged/unavailable.
