Truly an unfortunate reality...things go on in repair shops dealers included that would curl your hair.
Torque limiting impact extensions get you in the "ballpark", but a torque wrench is best. IIRC, the BMW TIS states that impact wrenches are not to be used, but guess what you see being used at the dealers--yup impacts...:rolleyes:
