Help installing BMW Performance Rocker Panels

As the title says I will appreciate if someone could help me posting instructions on how to install the BMW Performance Rocker Panels, which basically are the supplement to the aero kit, but they go on the sides. I know how to install the E70 running boards but there are some extra pieces that come with this kit: 51192184430
