Is 53% a low residual?? Anyone? I recall mine was 59 or 60 and that's on a 50i. I would think a diesel should be better? Also I would think you van get the price down to 500 over invoice. Again this is geographic but 500-1000 should be the target.

53% residual is correct for the 2011 35d as is the .0020 money factor.

My guess it is being hurt by the 2012 gas X5s being out already, so the 2011 is "older" so to speak.

2012 35i Premium is 57% and .0020. I leased my 2012 at $500 over invoice plus a money factor of .0155 (discount for my wife being a current lease customer).

Although it's too late for this buyer, (if he's not a current member) good time to remind/make aware those that do not belong to CCA of the $1,000 rebate. I would hope that if you're on this board, you're a member.
