problems with BMW cars

I have some problems with my cars.
And I want to do coding and programming.
Somebody suggest me a product on obdii.fr
called BMW GT1 DIS V57 SSS V39 Fit all laptops.
But when I ask the customer service she told me
This product can not do coding.
She suggest me the bmw opps.
I do not know what to do.
