"BMW OFFICE" function??

I was checking my I-drive on my 2011 X5d and I do not see this "office" listed? I have my BB 9780 bluetoothed paired but do not see an office selection on the I-drive. Was this a factory option? or is this something that if I dont have, can be added with a software update? Thanks

When was your 11 production date? It may not have had the newer hardware and software due to your build date.
