Can not find out how to remove my nav screen, well safely anyway

Hey everyone!

So I need to remove my iDrive screen and polish all of the antiglare off since some of the antiglare that was on my screen decided it was time for us to part ways. I am going to use a very soft cloth and MG PlasticX so that should do the trick. I also have purchased some Khomo iPad antiglare screen covers (thanks to a kind person on this site suggesting it!).

Cool thing is that these covers have a light adhesive so it should stand the test of my OCD.

Not so cool thing is that I really do not know how to safely crack open my dash to get at that screen. My intent is to get it out and completely remove that unfaithful antiglare (still a little hurt about the whole thing), apply the cover so it will extend past the outer frame and it should look much better than it does right now.

On my E83 there was an access point after pressing down on the outer top edges of the mid dash vents, then you could pop it out and unscrew and access everything else. I have looked alot on here and can not seem to find the proper process.

Can anyone help me out? Thank you in advance!

OK so I made it happen, the screen was pretty easy to get out. The vent below the screen just pops out so no tool needed. The frame around the screen was the hardest thing to get (four thick plastic clips). Once I got it off I went through PlasticX, that didn't make a dent in the already worn coating. Then Prima Finish polish, same result. Then cautiously used Prima Swirl and vola, the coating came off gradually after about 15 passes and sweating out 1/2 my water weight.

The result is fantastic, the glared portions of the screen where the coating were buffed to a better/readable sheen, even with the panoramic roof open the screen is readable. I didn't even put on an antiglare sheet from my wife's iPad as previously mentioned. The screen was good as is and is now brighter and more clear. I wanted to do before and after pics but my schedule was tight so I had to just get it done.

So if anyone has this issue, use a Prima Swirl for the screen and for that matter use Prima products all together. They are awesome, go to DetailersDomain and get some. Fantastic synthetic wax!
