Japanese side view cam different than US?
 

I was doing some coding an noticed an option for japanese side view cam. Can anyone tell me how it differs?

I'm basically trying to code the car so side view cams stay on or can be turned on while driving. yes i know how to code other options, just wondering what the differences are
