Clear oil leak
 

Hi all

I have a 2007 X5 E70 3.0d (Australian version) with 75,000km on the odometer, I noticed a puddle of oil spot when I pulled out the driveway this morning. I thought it was a motor oil leak. But this one is clear oil. I can't figure out where it was coming from. The leak is coming from somewhere just underneath the front passenger seats (RHS).

Given the oil is clear, I'm thinking the transmission pan/mechatronics sleeve is leaking...What do you think guys?

Any help is appreciated.
