Goodbye My Xoutposter!

1 Attachment(s)
I want to say good bye to my fellow Xoutposters. It's been a great time reading and sharing X5 expierences! I've gone across the pond and with a 2011 Range Rover Sport. I've had it now for about a month and can say it has it's unique advantages. I can also say that each vehicle has it's own cool features as well. The breaking point for me was the constant battery issues I was having even with tendering it. Will I have it with the Rover, maybe. I do like the style and wanted to go with something different.

You never know I may come back in a couple of years. Thanks again.

nice Range. how do you like it compared to the X5? I feel like they drive more like boats...

Nice ! Is this the 375 hp rr? No offence but last day i beat one of these with my 11 years old x5 4.4 . Does it feel big and heavy when driving it??

I LOVE it! Every day I wonder if I would have rather gotten the RRS (SC) over my 50i. I still like the look, drive and awkward straight up driving position of the RR better. My previous experience with one was a maintenance nightmare and I just couldn't get past the inconveniences (but trust me, I thought long and hard about it). Hope you fare better than I.

Good luck with it. Its beautiful!

I really like the RR, and very seriously considered an SC myself. I like the way it drives, the visibility from the drivers seat, and it's aesthetics are also very nice. It's handling characteristics are of course different from my X5, but I can deal with that too.

Maybe someday. On the other hand, maybe the next X5 will be so compelling I'll stay with the line :-)

Good Choice!

Hope your RRS will be a good experience.

My brother is driving a 2010 RRS, V8 Diesel, and is having constant issues with camera system, turbocharger and folding mirrors.

Hope yours will be better :)

Congrats. Beautiful car. Our 2011 Range Rover is now almost a year old, and has NEVER had one issue. Never. 100% flawless.

My 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged was a nightmare, but they have come a long way! Several of my friends have newer or new RR Sport both HSE and SC, and they have had zero problems. The new engines and transmissions are awesome. I think better than BMW and Mercedes!!
