I also have the 2011 E70 Premium w/ third row, and even though it's not too big,
My wife is glad we got it when she picks up my 14 year old son and his 6 baseball teammates!
She fits 2 people in the front (counting her as driver), 4 in the middle and 2 in the rear!
People in the back enjoy having their own AC vents too. (not for > six footers)
