Wheel spacers

Any suggestions on what size wheel spacer to get? I'm looking for a more aggressive stance w/o having the wheels hang out too much. I'm not a fan of the wheels pushed out and look like a lowrider. Thanks

15mm front, 20mm rear is what I'm using...

Spacers

Thanks looks great! I wish they made those clear reflectors for my model.

It all depends on your wheel/tire size, and wheel flares or not. The distance from the outer edge of the tire, to the edge of the fender well will tell you what size spacer you will need/want. You may want to bring the wheels out a bit, but keep them tucked under a bit, or not. It is all up to personal preference.

20 mm on each side for the back looks good, but the 15 mm on the front....
I don't know ... little to much ..or?

I'm looking to buy a set of X6 style 232 wheels for my 08 X5. From what I've been reading, the rears will not fit unless I use spacers or bore the wheels to 74mm. Does anyone have suggestions on what's the best and safest approach. If I were to use spacers, would the 15mm be better than the 20mm since it's not as thick. I know with the 20mm spacers, they provide additional bolts. I'm trying to go with the safest route. Thank you.

Try Turner Motorsports for a guide to measure for wheel spacers. Turner has a good set that is easy on and off. They also provide the right bolt lengths.

Key is to measure before you buy.
