12V Power Supply

I searched but couldn't find anything.

Does the 12V power supply in the arm rest storage area stay on all the time or does it turn off with the car?

I'm going to check this tonight, but figured I'd ask on here to see if anyone knowss.

It turns off once the car is off. All of them do turn off. Found that out last weekend when I plugged in my Fridge in the back during a picnic and also my ipod died in the center arm rest console. Hope that helps.

Easy answer: Plug in your charger with the key on. Now turn the key off.
Is the charger still working? Now you have your answer.....;)
