What's a good lease deal?

Entertaining a lease this time for a 2011 or 2012 X5 50i with M package. Really want something more sporty than my 2010 GX460. What's a good deal to look for? Looking at 36months and 15k miles

Leases are not complicated just use a proper lease calculator. Try google search and you will find several. You must know the lease rate, which should be standard, provided you have perfect credit.

Things to note:

watch the residual, which can be low balled resulting in higher principal and thus payments

Do not put anything down, unless you want to put down taxes which is justifiable

I lease a 50i for 36/ w 15k and pay 809 per month, taxes down. Sticker price was 68 and changes, there is an 8 % dealer markup. So i negotiated for 5,000 off sticker. Depending on your location you should be able to do the same.

Check for any dealer incentives which may bring the price lower.

Have all the information readily available when you go to negotiate, it is best to be able to counter their nonsense immediately.

Good info, what was your residual?

residual

64% at end of a 3 year lease. Was 62% while they had their ye incentives going (believe that ended at 12/31) ... better headline # with disc but they make some of it up in the reduced residual.

Residual is not negotiable, is it?

No. Residual is set by BMW.
