WHy?

Why can't I find CAI for the 2009 4.8
or ECU upgrades or any other cool performance upgrades?

Nobody makes them becasue there is no way to get any colder air in that car with the current setup. The only thing you could do is design a scoop that would direct the air into the intakes but by putting some big open filter in the engine bay would just reduce the power.
