How much should I expect to pay
Hey guys, looking to go into a BMW dealership tomorrow. Yes, this is bit of a last minute post, but I have a general idea of what I'd like to pay for an X5. Want to get a new X5 35i or 35d. Here are the options I'm looking at:
XDrive35i Premium - $55,200 (MSRP) Cold Weather - $750 (MSRP) Convenience Package - $3500 (MSRP) BMW Apps - $250 (MSRP) Dest & Handling - $875 Total - $60,575 (MSRP) XDrive35d - $56,700 (MSRP) Cold Weather - $750 (MSRP) Premium Package - $3500 (MSRP) BMW Apps - $250 (MSRP) Dest & Handling Total - $62,075 Would like to pay $50-52k for the XDrive35i and XDrive35d for $52-54k. This would obviously be with deals, incentives such as Eco Drive, Navi discount, Mission Impossible, etc. Does anyone think this is doable? Bob |
Try and stay in $500-$1k over invoice. If dealer isn't reasonable, you could use a sponsor dealer that will sell it to you and have it delivered to the performance center

Thanks Cravin, the issue is that I would typically go for that price, but there are bunch of incentives right now. Shouldn't I go for 500-1k over invoice and then factor in the incentives?

People hyper-focus on the 'invoice price', ...in common use here, "Invoice" is 'what the dealer pays' (ie the published invoice) plus delivery, training maco, then minus all incentives...THAT is what we mean by "Invoice" |
Can someone tell me what encentives there are right now? I know of these:
$2500 Eco Credit (xDrive35d) $1700 Nav Credit I also heard there is a Mission to Drive Credit. I saw on a different website that there is a customer loyalty credit of $1000, and I also saw a $1000 credit also available on the BMW website. Are there any more that I may be missing? |
