Possible New Purchase- Questions
 

Looking at a 2008 3.0si 36,000 miles CPO Cold weather, Premium packs. Do the E70s have any of the issues of the E53- OSV failures, intermediate levers, Valley Pan leakage, tranny issues (harsh shifting, rear slam, etc). Curious if BMW solved any of their issues here. Also the carfax reported a service record of "check engine/powertrain module/computer". This was at the 20K mark, should this be a red flag?

Also what would be a good price for this vehicle? THANKS!
