Grille Repainting Rust-Oleum Wheel Paint Great Match
1 Attachment(s)
Hey everyone,
Got some tar or something on my OEM painted titanium grille and could not get it off without going into the paint that was there so I had to repaint them. I looked for quite a while for a good match and looked online, saw in the past a few used Platicote paint and it was a really good match but sadly Platicote is not a good match for Columbus Ohio area retailers :) I settled on this http://www.amazon.com/Rust-Oleum-248.../dp/B003CT4AQ6 Glad I did too, it worked really well, easy to use paint, little to no prep (just clean and spray the finish of the OEM paint is a lot like primer). 7 thin coats and here we are: Attachment 53075 Very happy with the result and BTW getting your grille off the car is a big PITA :p: |
