How to Delete text messages

Hello,

I have a 2012 E70 04/11 build.
I have finally gotten text/email messages to work with my "BMW Office" and Motorola Droid Razr.
My question is, how do I delete the text/email messages from "BMW Office"?

You have to delete them from the phone..........Phil
