Fair Price for CPO 2009 X5
 

What is a fair price for a 2009 CPO X5 with 23K miles, with Premium, Technology, Cold weather, Rear Climate packages and Ipod/usb port. Dealer is asking $44,995.

Potential trade in of 2003 X5 with 151,000 miles.

Sounds like a okay deal...I just got the same, except MY08 with 30K miles for $38K around Xmas time.

Drivetrain? For a V8 or Diesel, sounds like a decent price. I paid about $3000 more for an '09 CPO X5 35d with the same options w/ 25k @ 09/11, build date 09/09, but it also has adaptive drive and active vent. comfort seats. If you are buying from an AutoNation owned affiliate, the last digit in the price indicates their current contingency. Mine had $2000 available and I was able to get that. Another one I was looking at had been already marked down and was "non-negotiable" so I walked away. If you want to get down to brass tacks, post the option list. I wouldn't even bring the trade into the picture until you negotiate your best "walking away" price on the new one. Best of luck to you!
