^ I tried to find an old thread about the clogged drainage related to the sunroof, but couldn't find it. How do you clear this out yourself?

I'd like to know about it too. Wondered how the dealership unclog the drainage. Also, does everyone use their touch up paint to fix their scratches. Although my drainage problem had been fixed, I also found two 3"-inch deep scratches on my driver's door. I guess that's the risk of having the truck stay overnight at the dealership.

Did you accept the car back with the scratches?!?!? Too bad, they are on the hook for damages. ALways inspect the car, find anything and say 'we need to document that damage in writing before I will accept it back'..if they make excuses, just say 'fine- i'll keep the loaner until you can figure it out'

There is no way to 'touch up' ...the paint will make it much worse looking.

You can TRY to tell the SA that you just noticed two scratches that were new, but I'll be you a case of e-beers he says "probably there before, you just didnt see it" (To which you can say "it wasnt on the condition report you gave me when you acceptd the car") Of course then he says "well they must be new"

a few dealers I've used have always taken pictures of your car upon checkin from multiple angles with a DSLR camera, meaning it's high-quality/resolution which can be zoomed in to see defects. This is used to protect them in case of scratches, but obviously this protects you too... hopefully they did that with your car... find out.

My dealer had scratched up the front fender / aero-kit pretty bad and they fixed it for me good as new. But I alerted them to it when the valet got the car for me. ALWAYS inspect. They've also dinged up my rims at least twice, but I've let that go as that particular wheel was scratched somewhat already. Just a way of life for wheels.

I found the scratches on the spot. Unfortunately, I did a late night pickup, where very few people were present at the dealership. So I picked up my key and invoice from the receptionist and left. But I did call the SA and left a message on his voice box, bringing this to his attention. I think I will call the service manager again today, figuring out a way to patch up the scratches since I really don't want them to buff the paint (unless they have licensed buffers which I highly doubt). Well, I guess none of my cars are immune to scratches when they go to dealerships for warranty work.
