Is the interior Cinnamon/Black?

Blake 10-01-2012 07:10 AM

The interior is cinnamon.

My phone did a horrible job capturing the real color.

I am concerned it will look overly orange/redish. Does it go well with the space grey exterior? It is hard to tell.

It looks brown. I'm sure there are far better pictures online illustrating what the color truly looks like. Ignore my picture if you are on the fence about the color.

I've got a white exterior with a saddle brown interior. In my opinion, the desire for exterior and interior "matching" is overrated and pointless. When you're outside, you see the head of the seats and that's about it. When you're inside you hardly notice/care about your exterior... you barely see the hood. You will be absolutely fine with your gray/cinnamon.

Interior and exterior matching wasn't what I was looking for, however I do want something that is aesthetically pleasing. Have you ever seen someone open their door and thought it looked like crap? I want to avoid that feeling every time I open my doors.

I will concede that when I am driving the vehicle the exterior will make zero difference to the color and feel of the interior and likewise while outside the SAV. I am a fan of the tobacco and I cannot seem to find an X5 locally with cinnamon (which is the wife's choice:(). I sat in a 535 to see the color and it just blinded me with how red it was.

I have cinnamon as well, it's a 2 tone with black. Looks great.
