Changed them out this weekend. 53K miles and probably on the spark plugs last legs.

The original plug was BOSCH part#FRZNPP332 for my 2007 3.0si. The procedure is a bit different than my 2002 since the ignition coils design was changed. I might write a DIY if folks are interested as I was looking for from my original post before getting side tracked.

Be careful some people will get VERY angry that you changed your plugs!

I wasn't angry. I was simply stating that some people don't know what the hell they're doing and they replace things that don't need to be replaced.

DIY Sparkplugs
 

OK, can anyone post DIY sparkplug procedure? Mine is 2007 3.0si and 91000mls, dealer said I need to replace my sparkplugs (~$475) and I say "hell no, if so, I will do that myself." I like to get my hand dirty so some help will be appreciated.

The guy who started this thread should be able to provide assistance and hopefully pics; he just replaced his.

I most certainly will myself once the warranty runs out due to the labor charge; plugs aren't too hard to manage.

Sorry guys,i did'nt have any pics or diy but BALX5 may have some, it is not difficult for someone who likes to wrench. To pay the dealer $475 for that is ridiculous my cost was around $100 and it include a new Mahle air filter.

Haven't had the time to do a write-up yet but maybe this weekend. PM if you have specific question in the meantime.
