Replacing exhaust rubber mount

Hi,
anyone knows how to replace these rubber mounts on the BMW e70?
My rear left is broken. There is a nasty nut through which this mount has been inserted I'm not sure how to remove.

Item I'm trying to replace:

dunno...spray with WD40, let soak overnight, then unscrew?

Hi I'm interested in this , my 07 x5 is making a vibration sound from the rear when in idle , discovered its the exhaust manifold vibrating , have you this issue , is this the reason you need to replace the rubber connections ? Brgds

hi seamus,
mine vibrated going over small bumps on the road, mine is a petrol engine, so its very quiet when idle. but im attaching the damaged and undamaged mounts so you can see the difference

i have stuck a small piece of rubber in the damaged one to eliminate the vibration temporarily until i get the exhaust mount removal pliers from ebay. (i dont like to stick a screwdriver and pry)

compare it with the undamaged one.

Thanks , will investigate further , good luck with fix

Replaced the rubber mount today.
The plier made the job very easy and neat as the room was too tight to dig and pry (I'm no expert)
If anyone's interested google for "exhaust removal plier"

Can u tell me which ones have been damaged? Is it the rear ones? If so they're easier to get to.
