07 X5 stuck in PARK position with broken park handler

The plastic park handler was broken and removed a while back. Some thing got inserted into the hole and change the car to "PARK" mode. I can't drive it any more.
What can I do to activate/deactivate the "PARK" mode without the handler?

Stick something into it? if so how?

Please help!

The solution is:
While pressing the brake pedal, stick in the hole something like a screw driver to move/toogle the parking swith on/off.
