Coded my car - great experience

I amanither happy customer that just had his car coded. I am really good with computers/coding, even bought a cable online too but just had no time to do it (baby, work, etc) and did not want to mess something up....

Anyway, I called this guy and asked him to code my car next time when he would be in Philly. So yesterday he was able to do it - super proffesional, got all he needed for coding and did the whole process in couple of minutes in the parking garage...

Every coded option worked like a charm, i got remote open/close option for the trunk, digital speedo, open/close mirrors with remote, euro hazard light, also start the car without pressing the brake, key eject option, no more annoying dings too when you open the door, also he made my angel light much brighter at night...lots of other options and all that for a very nice price.

I think he can also do all that remotely too.

He advertized his services here before but I am not sure if I can list his contact info so anyone interested just PM me

Mods if i can put his info here please let me know.

Was it Triple_O? He just re-did mine on Friday in DC after my dealer wiped out everything last time I went in for service.

Details on how remote coding works? I assume I'll need cables to actually implement?

Does it all get wiped out if say, I replace the battery or the dealer needs to reprogram the idrive during another fix? What then?

You'll need a cable sent to you. Not sure how he connects.

Yes, it could all be wiped out. I had mine coded by Triple O in NJ just a couple of weeks ago. I then did the LCI rear tail-light upgrade. So I bought a cable and have spent days trying to resolve the LCI brake error and figure out how to code it all. I'm not sure if the changes for that removed all my coding changes or whether it was my coding inexperience but I lost all the changes he'd made. Finally got that done today. :)
