rear and middle Cigaretter lighter and USB not working

rear and middle Cigarette lighter and USB not working, anyone know of which fuse or what I have to do to get this back working

2009 X5, I have been searching for days and I keep hearing fuse 25 or to pull out the cd thing in the middle. Anyone in New York City, willing to give a dear old xoutpost guy a hand or tips.
