I too, recently had mine service on brake booster recall. I failed to inspect it when i picked up until next day, i found out that they had damaged my wheel, tire, and paint. I spoke to SA, came in and met service director, emailed to GM regarding the issue. Honestly they did not try to put up a fight, agreed to fix everything, bad part was it took 10 days. Hopefully they will step up and take care of it for you. Good luck.

The GM of JMK called me to bring my car in to resolve the issue, they are giving me a loaner for about three day, that is the time needed to repair and powder coat my rims, the service manager ask if I can keep the GM out of this and deal directly with him, and to remove the negative posting on dealer rater, I told him I will when everything is resolved, I also told both of them the only reason I did it is because of the way I was treated at their dealership, they should have told me my rims were damaged and we would work from there, not try to cover it up and said I was not telling the truth. Hopefully all we be good.

Good to hear Neil hope they shine better than before! And yes I think that is fair, you can remove the negative posting or at least update it to show it was resolved to your satisfaction, but obviously wait until you see perfect looking wheels again, hha.
