22" setup / staggered
Hello guys!
I need some some advice here, I got some Y-spoke 10,5x22" with 35ET 295/30/22 on all four! I kinda want to go with the aggresiv look, and I'm planning to drop it with H&R. I want to put some spacers, but what size can I use for the front and rear? Thanks a lot!! |
Should I change for wider rear tyres?
|
Just a heads up, I've heard the 2" H&R drop is quite bouncy in the rear. Haven't heard, but the 1.2" H&R springs might be a little more manageable.

Thanks for the tip, what about eibach?
Ive been searching about them spacers, and still I'm confuse.. please help? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

by the way the 2"inch drop or 1.2" has nothing to do with the rear, since the rear only goes down about 1" with the links. the actual spring drop is for the front assuming you have bags in the back if not never mind. |
Hi will for sure post some pics up :)
Anyways, Ive have noe clue.. 335's on a 10" width? Is it possible? I'm huge fan of those rep y spoke.. havent seen them in 12" widths.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Don't put a 335 on a 10" rear. 295 is the right width. 305/315's could work but not worth the small difference in width. Keep what you have and put on spacers. It will give you the stance that you want 25mm is fine. You want them staggered but not too aggressive in the rear and not so much in the front.
I love the Y-Spoke Style 214's and would consider it only if they came in a 12.5 rear to run a 335 tire. Keep your size the same and you can even rotate now :) Post up some pics. Also you can lower your rear more with the H&R's. I know I run them now. Problem is that once you hit a certain lowering level it will be a very very harsh ride. Not worth it and because you are running 22" wheels it won't be necessary as it will fill in the wheel wells very nicely with the 1" drop. If you have sport mode don't always use it as it will stiffen the ride which is great for curves but horrible for bumps. Just use it when you are on a smooth road with nice curves otherwise keep it off sport mode. Let's see some pictures. I am curious what they look like with the H&R drop. |
Not 22's . But love mine set up here on 21's .. 335 rear and 285 front ..
