Hello - Does anyone know how to turn ON the front sensors without putting the car in reverse?

I am sure my 2010 X5 automatically turned on the front PDC sensors when i came close to an object - but my new X5 M sport doesn't actuate the Front sensors unless i stick the car in reverse - which is very annoying when driving straight into a parking space.

Its probably and easy fix , but i cannot seem to work it out. :dunno:

No idea on a new E70, but all of my BMWs with PDC had a button for it near the gear shift. It was never on until that button was pushed, or reverse was selected.

you should have the button next to the trunk release, once press the rear camera comes on along with pdc
