Steering wheel shift paddle retrofit - Please help!
Hello all fellow members. Is there anyone out there that has successfully retrofitted a steering wheel with shifter paddles ? I installed a brand new steering wheel with paddles, coded the car accordingly, on my '08 4.8i e70, but no luck.
I know that on diesel models, there are two extra wires that must be added from the engine bay ecu to the steering column. But this is not the case on the gas models (at least the wires are surely not in the same place, as the engine ecu is fully wired in my car).
Any information is greatly appreciated.
