Good source for OEM parts
Looking for a new cluster for my 2010, was wondering if there is a source for OEM parts other than the dealer network?
If I have to pay the $1000 I will but man that's a lot, I don't have to change it and may not unless I can find one for a decent price. |
You mean OE parts?
OEM parts- like bosch plugs or Mann airfilters are pretty limited. You want real OE BMW parts, right? Only BMW- there are a few companies that are actually BMW dealerships with web-based storefronts: getbmwparts.com; BMWofSouthAtlanta; etc I think Pelican can order from a dealer to source OE parts |
Ya I mean OEM BMW parts, like say a cluster with kilometers on it.
I will give those guys a try, thanks. |
If you need a cluster cheaply, you can check Internet for a used one - some folks replace stock with M version, plus clusters usually stay intact even after an accident. One note, though: you'll have to find someone who can code the mileage correctly, otherwise it will display the tampering indicator.
