Panoramic Sunroof

Has anyone had a problem with the panoramic sunroof getting stuck when trying to open it? It seems like it is not dropping down all the way when it slides open and gets stuck about 1/4th of the way open. The sunshade works fine and both panels tilt open/close just fine.

Try the reset: push and hold the button straight upward and it will attempt to reset it. Do not let go until it all stops.

Other than that, the sunroof cassette can be a problem. They tried to fix the wind deflector in front getting stuck up by replacing a piece in the cassette but eventually replaced the whole cassette after I brought it in 3 times for the same issue.

Yeah I tried the sunroof reset and it still gets stuck. How much does a full cassette replace cost? Did you take it to a dealer? Thanks for the help!

I had it done under warranty and they always put N/C.
