Pulled out some error codes with DIS

Hello guys, I used DIS and got some error codes from the controllers.My check engine light is not on but i have these codes in the memory.Can this 4CAE EGR position sensor code effect the fuel economy.Should i take it to the dealer to fix this error.Wondering why this code didn't trip the check engine light.

Need advice please.Thanks

vehicle is E70 2009 X5 35D with 76000 kms

All were old codes and i found out by going into control unit function to get a clear picture and all were old codes that were fixed before i bought it.
