New X5 owner. My 2011 35D
 

hello, i traded out 328 on a x5 last month. very happy with the change so far. with the harsh winter weather this year and a 18month old baby, this car definitely makes more sense for us. this is my third BMW. the first purchase being my summer car, a Z4M coupe. i have made a few modification to the x5 so far including
-dtec v7 angel eyes
-eibach lowering springs
-painted sidemarkers
-black mesh grilles
-colormatch/gloss black kidney grilles
-LED foglights
-mtec led plate units
-12.5mm and 20mm ecs spacers
-roof rack delete
-oem aerokit (spring installation)
-275/315 toyo gi5 winter tires on stock 20 214's
-22" bmw performance wheels with 295/335 pirelli

Looks great, love the pics with all the snow ,we dont see much snow here unless I drive about 800 kms South. Coldest it gets here in winter is about 5 deg C. then we may get a frost or two over the whole winter.We dont have to worry about two sets of wheels ,one set all year round does us !!!:thumbup:

Did you pick up more negative camber with the Eibachs or is there a camber adjustment to get back closer to stock? I have had cars that I lowered and the inside edges of the tires take a beating due to the extra negative camber.

Looks great. What kind of gas mileage are you getting. I have a 09 X5 4.8 and I'm looking to get a diesel. I hear the low end torque is incredible.
