Turbo Noise on 35d?
 

I searched and couldn't find anything.

Do the turbos make that much noise? I've noticed mine makes some noise at lower rpm upon deceleration.

The only turbo noise I can hear from mine is on a light acceleration,when the engine is cold.I barely go over 2000 rpm when it is cold,and I can only hear it if the radio is off.You shouldnt be able to hear any turbo noise upon deceleration,simply because the turbo slows down almost immediately after you lift off the gas.

Looks like I'll need to have the dealer take a look.

I didn't hear mine at first because I thought it was alternator whine. I started hearing it in tunnels on acceleration and now driving in the neighborhood I can barely hear it. The sound is intoxicating.
