X5 3.0si drive belt routing

It is really unbelievable story, but for the life of me I cannot find the drive blet routing diagram for this engine. The other models equipped with N52q engine have only 1 drive belt and only X5 has 2 belts,1 small is for the AC compressor.Every diagram that i found, including all BMW documentation, has the single belt layout shown.
If someone with this engine in his X5 can snap a quick photo,or knows about a belt diagram, this help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned I have all BMW factory programs and spent at least an hour googling with no luck.I wish it was that easy.

Removed the belt to replace the radiator and alternator. Now it seems the belt has too much slack that the tensioner barely got 30% out. What am i doing wrong?

Here's my 08 3.0 X5 belt routing as seen in link above. TIA.

Could someone with the same Oct 20017 N52N engine that has the 2 pulley tensioner as my pic, take a picture of the belt routing for me? I can't figure out why the slack is too much now after replacing alternator.

I've searched but most has water pump pulley or single tensioner pulley, or large lower pulley but none like mine.

These service manual shows belt routing for N52, but none is like mine. Thanks.

In your picture you still have the pin holding your tensioner back!

Even with pin removed, the slack was still there.

Update, rebuilder gave me 3 ser alternator- the pulley mount location is different. Got correct one and belt fits. Thanks

Even with the power of the internet, I'm still old school and just draw out the belt diagram on some scrap paper before pulling it off.

I think your is "different" is because you have the 4 place A/C controls. In other words your tensioner has 2 pulleys attached to it. Same here.

Old thread, but just popped up.., this post reminds me of a story.

35 years ago, me and a buddy from grad school are home visiting my mom for the holidays. She makes something delicious, and we declare we want a copy.

She hands the card to us, and we both determine that we can't copy it... "shoot, no copy machine here". We are stuck- both of us stymied- bioengineering/ee geniuses ....

and she looks at us and says, "I've got a pencil...."
