Aftermarket Exhausts for E70?

So, I have an '08 and theres a rattle coming from my exhaust. It's internal and its something bouncing around in the pipes between the cat's I think IDK, and my mechanic said it couldn't be removed but wasn't harmful. It's extremely annoying however. So, I started to look at the cost to replace it, and figured I'd look to see if there were any aftermarket ones. So far I cant find any. Anyone have any information on some?

Sounds weird that it might be IN your exhaust. Can't think of anything that might fall in there, especially near your cats. Could it be a rock/debris stuck between the hangers or clamps maybe? My M3 was doing the same thing and it was because a rock was stuck between the oil pan and belly pan.

So, does anyone know if there is an aftermarket exhaust system I could replace it with rather than OEM?

If you cat disintegrated it would make that noise. However, you should get a code from the low side o2 sensor (one away from the engine); something to the fact of "catalyst efficiency below threshold"
