Thanks for the links, let me know how it work out for you, I am not in a rush to get it, but was thinking to get one.

The $50 app and $12 wifi connector work awesome! I played around with it for a few hours yesterday.

Unlike any other OBD2 reader I've seen for under $500 it can read any code as well as BMW specific codes to include chassis and body codes. My EDC is out and it pinpointed the satellite on the rear left shock.

It also resets codes and allows you to reprogram certain functions like folding in the side mirrors when you lock the X5 from the key fob and a slew of other programming options.

It is worth every penny!!!

It almost seems to good to be true.

Have the same one, it's great and what is planned for the future in regards to coding is really exciting from everyting I have read.

I downloaded the free version and cannot figure out which X35d to select from the menu. I have three choices:
M 57 30 6D 3
M 57 T UD 30
M 57 N 30 6D 5
I have a North American 2013 X35d. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. (Wiki search wasn't very helpful)

Log on to realoem.com. type last 7 digits of VIN. This should help
