2011 X5 Navigation code

I need some help, I just purchased a used 2011 X5 this week, navigation system is asking for activation code, Bmw dealer gave me maps codes they said came with car originally but when I tried to input codes I get a error message saying incorrect code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone tried to upgrade the maps,but didnt have the FSC code and the upgrade cannot be finished.I will try to help you tomorrow evening if I have a few minutes free.
