2009 E70 Navigation issues
 

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues with the navigation, where it has disc errors, does not recognize that the disc is in, and sometimes does not calculate a route. Has been to a dealer for service twice for this and have had the same result, Dealer claims to have updated software and replaced the drive, and works upon leaving the dealer, only to revert back the next day. Thanks for the input

Are you sure they replaced the DVD drive? mine had the same problem and replaced the driver myself and still working

How much for a new drive? Also is it easy to replace on my own? Thanks, Sam

Pretty easy but you have to remove some trims and be patience,it cost me about 160 Canadian plus core
