So what would happen in this scenario? Obviously the dealer would have insurance coverage but is the test driver guy guilty of anything or does he just walk away?

Yeah 31 year old idiot manager took his 28 year old idiot friend on a joy ride in the dealers car and had to come up with a story....

said. We are going through this apt area. If someone comes out and
attempts to stop, floor it, get out of there. Hijackers.

My question why go this way on potential test drives. Yes across from
dealership but you didn't have to go that way
