Looking to purchase an F15 35i. Previously owned an E53 and someone was able to look up the spec on that X5. Anyone have a way of finding out how a vehicle was equipped from the factory?

Here’s two VIN decoding sites that are free to use…I recommend bookmarking/saving them for future use. Simply paste the 17 digit VIN into the correct field and correctly answer any CAPTCHA question or puzzle. Also, avoid typing VIN into spam fields that sometimes populate these sites…they will ask a fee to get the VIN. Again, the sites are free if you use the correct fields:
