That is the M-sport steering wheel for LCI 5-series.

How Can you Tell? I looked up LCI 5-series But the INSIDE without air bag looks different.

The PN on the inside of this steering says F15?

kid, it seems that LaMans has answered the question with a proof behind his answer...

just because the part that you have says F15 it does not mean it only belongs to F15 - many BMW parts are interchangeable, and this steering wheel should have an actual part number that is traceable to a specific model(s) it can fit...

what else does it say, besides the F15?

Cablekid 06-29-2013 11:30 PM

Im not doubting him, i was just compairing steerings without the air bag and it looked different inside.

Says 3 383 F15 1m

TerminatorX5 06-29-2013 11:37 PM

here are two part numbers for the M wheel off M5 and M6

32342283931 - no heater

32342283935 - heater

any of these numbers are on the wheel anywhere?

Cablekid 06-29-2013 11:42 PM

Nope :S

Thing i see is TUV 3-380-F15-1M

TerminatorX5 06-29-2013 11:51 PM

TUV is a german DOT - or so i think...

so, it may refer to a TUV standard that the wheel is made to...

i don't think the F15 parts are loaded into the ETK yet...

Cablekid 06-29-2013 11:58 PM

Maybe thats why i cant find info on it? I bought it from a Guy in NY while i was up their.

He didn't know what it fit. I guess ill just leave it in the closet lol.

TerminatorX5 06-30-2013 12:20 AM

well, just thinking about it - the car is not offered for sale yet, so, there are no wrecks to dismantle... the parts are not loaded into the ETK, so there are no parts available from a dealer to buy...

where would a guy in NY get this part from? if it is from a new car not on the market yet... i would say, it is an LCI M5 and M6 steering wheel
