Finally bit the bullet and succumbed to a new X.

my 2008 4.8 will be sorely missed, but just cannot face owning that car out of the CPO warranty.

Opted for the 3.5 this time with M Sport, Black Sapphire, Terra, added the Dynamic Handling Package & the Adaptive M Suspension, the 20" wheels, Premium Package, Harman Kardon, the Contour seats and few other goodies...

Now if BMW would just hurry up and finish building it!

Just did the same! Will be trading in my 2008 X5 4.8 Sport with adaptive drive. Didn't get the DHP though. Just the M adaptive suspension with 20" wheels. Hopefully our wait won't be long.

I did the same last night, after several test drive comparing 2013 low mileage (18k miles) non-cpo to the f15.

There definitely is a wow factor when you sit in the new X. But the $16k more i have to add vs. e70 is hard on the pocket.
In the end, wow factor won, so now the waiting is painfull as i wait for PCD schedule.

Mine is Space Gray, black interior, lux pkg, multi-contour seats and HK sound. The only other option i added is backup camera and space saver tire. I read the spare tire can cost as much as $380 from bimmer source i bought after.
