Who is ordering an X6?

Curious to see how the X6 orders are going?

I finally pulled the trigger today after much deliberation and another test drive on deserted windy back roads. Taking the curves at 60 mph (posted 35) in an X6 was excellent while in the X5 I made myself a little woozy. Big difference to me but I don't need the extra space and practicality of an X5.

Ordered the Alpine white, saddle, dark wood, most packages and options except rear entertainment and active steering. Hard choice but ended up with the 20"s. Only got about $2200 off msrp.

What are you guys doing?

both of you skipped the sunroof and I didn't know that was possible. It is so small anyway and takes out head room, I am going to check on that. Thanks.

amh,Congrats on your X6 order!!!! I've got about 11 months to burn on my X3 lease.I'll order an X6 within the next 12 months.I have not even driven the car yet......both dealerships I deal w/ have sold their VR Sport Package X6.All they have left is the Tasman non-Sport.I've got to find a Sport to drive somewhere!!!!!! Thanks. PalBay

Pal,

It is unbelievable that you of all people haven't been able to drive it! I have driven it at 4 different dealerships. The one I drove yesterday was the Tasmin non sport and it really was better than the X5 with 19"s in my opinion. Sport is the way to go. Best of luck

yup. that is the reson why I have skipped it. I was sitting in one yesterday with the sundroof and it really cuts some headroom. And as it it not so big as the one in X5, in my case it is not worth it.

Just checked with my CA and he says there isn't an option to delete sunroof in US. Do those who deleted it reside outside the USA?

I see they do
